Italy debuted in the very first Worldvision in Vilnius. Giuseppe Giofre was first Italian entrant to WSC. His song Break reached 6th place in the final with 73 points. For 2nd edition Italy chose Emma with Amami but this choice wasn't so succesful. Emma came 19th with 42 points. Italy withdrew from #3 and came back in #4 with Eros Ramazzotti feat. Nicole Scherzinger and their song Fino All'Estasi. They already qualified to Grand Final and now waiting for the results.
